London Reels gives all profits from its activities to charities selected by our Committee. These charities either have a connection with those who attend London Reels, or are local and/or have links with Scotland. If you would like to suggest a charity, please let us know!

2024 London Reels Ball

A record sum of £10,011 was raised from the night for the following two deserving charities:

2022-2023: A record total of £20,839 was donated to the following 11 charities

9th March 2022 - Total of £2,000 raised for Ukraine

Thanks to all who came along on Tuesday - we were able to match your generosity with a similar amount for a total of £2,000 going to support those in crisis in Ukraine


London Reels Ball (Feb 2022): Raising £5,012 for Blood Bikes Scotland

2020-2021: No reeling (due to pandemic) but we still supported:

    Administered by Revd Angus MacLeod for the congregation and homeless community in need, as well as for other charities selected by the minister.

    The church's chosen charity supporting minor refugees from places like Syria.

2019 London Reels Ball raised £5,330 for Blood Bikes Scotland Charity

Blood Bikes Scotland provide a free of charge transport service to the Scottish NHS run by volunteers in their own time. “Our service is provided in all weathers, always with a smile and in a professional, friendly, trusting manner. We provide an efficient and sustainable service that is patient focussed and a pivotal support aspect to patient care both in the hospital setting and in the community”
